These terms apply when you use BioStory at https://mybiostory.in/, run by Bio Sorty – as lovely as your story.. By creating a biodata or making a payment you agree to them.

The service

BioStory helps you create a story-style marriage biodata page. Building and previewing is free. A one-time payment unlocks a private link to share your page and a PDF download for that biodata.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. If you create a biodata for a family member, you confirm that they know about it and agree to it.

Your content

• You are responsible for the details and photos in your biodata, and they must be true and yours to share.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, offensive or misleading, or anyone else’s details or photos without their consent.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you.

AI-written text

Your story is written by AI from the details you give us, and the details are read from your upload by AI. Please read and correct everything before you share it. You are responsible for the final text.

Payment

The current price is ₹659 per biodata, shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. One payment covers one biodata for one person: once paid, the name on that biodata is locked.

Sharing and privacy

Anyone who has your link can view your published page and download its PDF. Pages are never listed on search engines. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Refunds

Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features. We will keep paid biodatas available unless you ask us to remove them or they break these terms.

Removing content

We may remove a biodata that breaks these terms, for example one created without the person’s consent, after letting you know where possible.

Liability

BioStory is a tool to present your own information. We are not a matchmaking service and do not verify anyone’s details. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the biodata concerned.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in visakhapatnam have jurisdiction. Please contact us first at support@mybiostory.in; most issues can be resolved quickly.
