Refund & Cancellation Policy

BioStory is a digital service. Building and previewing your biodata is free, so you can see exactly what you will get before you pay ₹659.

When you can get a refund

• You were charged but your biodata was not unlocked, and we cannot fix it.
• You were charged twice for the same biodata.
• A technical fault on our side stops your page or PDF from working and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.

Please write to support@mybiostory.in within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID.

When refunds are not available

Because the service is delivered instantly and you can preview it fully before paying, we do not refund a biodata that has been unlocked and works as shown, for example if you change your mind after sharing the link or downloading the PDF.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing renews. You can delete an unpaid draft at any time from the builder. If a payment fails or is cancelled at checkout, you are not charged; any amount deducted by your bank in a failed payment is usually returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days of approval. The time for it to appear in your account depends on your bank.
