No physical shipping

BioStory is a fully online service. Nothing is shipped by post or courier.

How and when you receive it

• Your biodata is delivered instantly online. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your page is unlocked on screen.
• You receive your private share link and edit link on screen and by email, and the PDF can be downloaded from your page.
• Payment confirmation normally takes a few seconds. In rare cases, such as a slow bank response, it can take up to 1 hour.

If you have not received it

If your biodata is not unlocked within 1 hour of a successful payment, write to support@mybiostory.in or call 9784803026 with your Razorpay payment ID and we will sort it out the same working day.

Where we serve

The service is available online anywhere. Payments are accepted in Indian rupees through Razorpay.
